Summer of Heat: Three Promotions, One Unforgettable Wrestling Weekend
By Victory Pro Crew ·
The Midlands independent wrestling scene is coming together this July for something truly special.
For the first time, Dynamic Championship Wrestling (DCW), Severn Valley Wrestling (SVW) and Victory Pro Wrestling have partnered to create the Summer of Heat, a unique wrestling weekender that gives fans the opportunity to experience three live wrestling events across one action-packed weekend.
Taking place across three venues in Worcestershire and the West Midlands, Summer of Heat is designed to celebrate everything that makes independent wrestling great: passionate fans, talented wrestlers, and promotions working together to create something bigger than any one show could achieve alone.
What Is Summer of Heat?
Summer of Heat is a collaborative wrestling weekender featuring:
Friday 10th July
Dynamic Championship Wrestling
📍 Areley Kings Village Hall, Stourport-on-Severn
Saturday 11th July
Severn Valley Wrestling
📍 Hagley Village Hall, Hagley
Sunday 12th July
Victory Pro Wrestling: Feel The Heat
📍 Baggeridge Social Club, Sedgley
Fans can purchase a special Summer of Heat Weekender Ticket, providing access to all three events and offering one of the best-value weekends of live professional wrestling in the Midlands.
Three Promotions, One Shared Vision
While each promotion has its own identity, fanbase and style, DCW, SVW and Victory Pro Wrestling all share a common goal: helping independent wrestling continue to grow.
Rather than asking fans to choose between events, the three promotions saw an opportunity to work together and create a weekend that benefits everyone involved.
For fans, that means more wrestling, more variety and greater value.
For wrestlers, it means performing in front of new audiences and building new supporters.
For the Midlands wrestling scene, it means demonstrating what can be achieved when promotions collaborate.
Dynamic Championship Wrestling (DCW)
Based in Worcestershire, Dynamic Championship Wrestling has established itself as one of the region’s fastest-growing independent wrestling promotions. Known for developing emerging talent while delivering competitive championship wrestling, DCW has become an important part of the local wrestling landscape.
The Summer of Heat weekend begins at Areley Kings Village Hall in Stourport-on-Severn, where DCW will kick off three consecutive days of wrestling action.
Severn Valley Wrestling (SVW)
Severn Valley Wrestling has quickly earned a reputation for exciting live events and showcasing some of the best up-and-coming talent in the region.
With its event taking place at Hagley Village Hall, SVW provides the crucial middle chapter of the Summer of Heat weekend, bringing its own unique flavour and atmosphere to the experience.
Victory Pro Wrestling: Feel The Heat
The weekend concludes with Victory Pro Wrestling’s biggest event of the summer, Feel The Heat, at Baggeridge Social Club.
Featuring the crowning of the inaugural Victory Pro Wrestling Global Champion, championship matches, debut appearances and some of the most exciting independent wrestling talent in the country, Feel The Heat promises to be a fitting finale to the Summer of Heat weekender.
Why Summer of Heat Benefits Fans
Independent wrestling fans are passionate, but attending multiple events can quickly become expensive.
The Summer of Heat Weekender Ticket was created to make it easier and more affordable for supporters to enjoy an entire weekend of live wrestling while discovering new promotions, wrestlers and rivalries.
Instead of attending just one show, fans can experience:
- Three different wrestling promotions
- Three unique atmospheres
- New wrestlers and match-ups
- Multiple championships on the line
- A full weekend of entertainment
Whether you’re a lifelong wrestling fan or attending your first event, Summer of Heat offers something for everyone.
Why Summer of Heat Benefits Wrestlers
One of the biggest advantages of collaboration is the opportunity it creates for talent.
A wrestler who regularly performs for one promotion may be completely new to fans attending another.
By bringing audiences together across the weekend, Summer of Heat helps wrestlers gain exposure to new supporters, grow their following and showcase their abilities to a wider audience.
Independent wrestling thrives when talent is given opportunities to be seen, and Summer of Heat is designed to do exactly that.
Building A Stronger Midlands Wrestling Scene
The Midlands has quietly become one of the most exciting regions for independent wrestling in the United Kingdom.
Promotions like DCW, SVW and Victory Pro Wrestling are helping create opportunities for wrestlers while providing affordable, family-friendly entertainment for local communities.
Summer of Heat is a celebration of that growth.
It’s proof that independent wrestling is at its strongest when promotions work together, support one another and focus on delivering the best possible experience for fans.
Join The Summer Of Heat

The heat starts in Stourport. Continues in Hagley. And reaches its peak at Feel The Heat in Sedgley.
