Keeping Families Safe

Our commitment

We want every child, young person, family member, fan, performer, volunteer and staff member to feel welcome and safe at Victory Pro Wrestling events.

Our events are planned with audience safety in mind. We work with venues, use event staff where appropriate and ask all visitors to follow safety instructions quickly and respectfully.

Children and young people

Under-16s should attend with a parent, carer or responsible adult. Please keep children close to you during entrances, crowd movement, intervals and the end of the show.

If something does not feel right, speak to event staff straight away. Concerns are taken seriously and should never be ignored until after the show.

What we ask from fans

  • Children should be supervised by a parent, carer or responsible adult at all times.
  • Please follow instructions from event staff, venue staff and security immediately.
  • Do not enter ringside, backstage, entrance ways or any restricted performance area unless invited by staff.
  • If a wrestler, referee, staff member or security asks you to move, move straight away.
  • Report any safeguarding, welfare, bullying, harassment, accessibility or safety concern to staff as soon as possible.

Ringside and performance safety

Professional wrestling is a live athletic performance. Wrestlers may move quickly around the ring, entrance area or crowd-side spaces. Spectators must not block walkways, lean into restricted areas or get in the way of performers.

If staff, security, referees or wrestlers ask you to move for safety reasons, you must move immediately. This protects children, spectators and performers.

Victory Pro Wrestling cannot accept responsibility for injury or loss caused by spectators ignoring safety instructions, entering restricted areas, refusing to move when asked, interfering with performers or behaving in a way that puts themselves or others at risk.

Raise a concern

For safeguarding, accessibility, welfare or venue safety questions before an event, contact Victory Pro Wrestling through our official social channels.

During an event, speak to event staff, venue staff or security as soon as possible. If there is immediate danger, follow venue emergency procedures and contact the emergency services.
